My desire to post since joining the FB world, has diminished. However, Meredith requested a post. I hope you enjoy.
Sweet Home, Oregon, has a very cool consignment store. They sell country-inspired home decor and clothing. I try to pop in occasionally to check it out, sometimes I leave with a new project instead of merchandise.
The latest item is a jewelry organizer. The original crafter took a very ornate picture frame and replaced the glass with a batting-lined fabric. She then used pushpins to hang various jewelry.
My version: I found a cool frame at Ross, fabric at Joannes, pushpins at Michaels, cardboard in the recycle bin, and a deteriorating microfiber velvet blanket to use as batting.

| These are the pins. (They are more teal than the picture shows.) | |

 |
| This picture does the best to show the fabric's true colors. | |

| I thought adding jewelry would show how it will really look. :) |

I hope Jen likes her Birthday present!!!!
PS All pictures were taken with my four-year-old LG phone. I'm pretty impressed with the quality, given my "camera" (LOL).
