YAY!!!! WE OWN THE HOME!!!!
I can't say we (I) regret the end result......but buying from the federal government (Fanny Mae) is not a walk in the park.
They want things ASAP, but take their sweet time at getting back to you. Not overly convienent when things need to be fix and such.
Oh, well. We own the home and are super excited to PAINT and replace the FLOORING before fully moving in (our toy hauler will work for now).......
It's a great day. I'm even ok with forefitting a "normal" Thanksgiving to start in on the new house! Hope you have a great weekend!
