We're super excited to have an accepted offer on a new place! It's a bigger house and the property is 1.18 acres, we'll be itching to get going on clean-up and some fixes once we close. Most importantly, Matthew's hour-long commute will get shorter!
Congrats! When do you move? And also, I don't get the Facebook hype either. I never log on to check it...maybe once or twice a year. And it's never very exciting. :) Maybe you'll have better luck with it!
